Jake Perry is a member at Rochelle, McCulloch & Aulds, PLLC, serving clients in Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, and across Tennessee. His practice focuses on business and corporate law, commercial transactions, contracts, construction law, landlord rights, mediation, and civil and commercial litigation. Perry helps businesses form entities, review legal obligations, draft agreements, and address disputes. Clients also rely on his guidance as outside general counsel for day-to-day legal and business concerns.

Perry earned his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2015 after receiving his B.S. magna cum laude from Tennessee Technological University in 2012. During law school, he served as Articles Editor for the Tennessee Law Review and as an editor for Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. His academic background supports his work in business planning, legal analysis, contract review, and commercial problem solving.

Perry has experience guiding clients through all stages of commercial litigation, including mediation. He previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey M. Atherton and the Honorable Pamela A. Fleenor of the Hamilton County Chancery Court. Before joining the firm, he practiced in Chattanooga and Nashville, where he represented individuals, small businesses, and major national corporations in a wide range of business and litigation matters.

Jake Perry is licensed to practice in Tennessee, Georgia, and Kentucky and is admitted in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Tennessee. He is also a Rule 31 Listed Mediator and has served with Leadership Wilson. His work combines business-focused legal judgment with practical client service, helping companies manage risks, resolve disputes, structure transactions, and move forward with greater clarity.
