Paul S. Rosenberg

Paul S. Rosenberg is a seasoned Florida lawyer with more than thirty years of experience focusing on personal injury and workers’ compensation law. He has represented countless clients in serious accident cases, including those involving vehicle collisions, workplace injuries, wrongful death, and premises liability, always prioritizing fairness and client advocacy.

Paul completed his B.S., Cum Laude, at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, in 1986, and earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1989. During law school, he served as Member and Competitions Editor of the Moot Court Board from 1987 to 1989 and was the Winner of the National Moot Court Products Liability Competition in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1988. His education built a foundation for excellence in litigation and complex legal reasoning.

Paul began his legal career representing major corporations in commercial litigation at a national law firm, developing skills in trial advocacy and negotiation. Seeking more meaningful impact, he shifted his focus to helping individuals who have suffered injuries or workplace harm. Over the years, he has successfully handled thousands of claims involving severe and catastrophic injuries that required comprehensive legal and medical guidance.
