Andrew C. Demos

Andrew C. Demos has built a distinguished legal career representing clients across Florida in complex civil matters, including personal injury, construction, condominium, and real estate disputes. His extensive background allows him to handle cases involving auto accidents, wrongful death, and negligence claims with strategic precision and deep client commitment.

Andrew earned his Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Miami-Dade College in 1990. He later obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with dual majors in Marketing and International Business from Florida International University in 1994, followed by a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1999, where he earned Dean’s List honors and Best Student “Book” Awards in Insurance Law and White Collar Crime.

Andrew began his early legal practice handling family law, personal injury, bankruptcy, and construction law before concentrating on community association and real estate litigation. Over time, his experience expanded to representing developers, contractors, and property owners in arbitration, mediation, and trial. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Andrew is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator and a frequent seminar speaker on personal injury, construction, and condominium law. His contributions to continuing legal education include presentations on ethics, insurance coverage, and litigation strategy. He has served as a legal advisor on multiple Florida television programs and has been cited for his professional insight in respected publications.
