Paul Rossi

Paul Rossi is a founder and lead attorney who has practiced law in Indiana since 1997. He represents individuals and business owners in personal injury, workers’ compensation, serious accident, wrongful death, real estate, criminal defense, and civil litigation matters. His work focuses on helping clients address important legal problems with practical guidance, careful preparation, and attention to the facts that shape each case.

Paul attended Eastern Illinois University before earning his legal education at Valparaiso University School of Law in 1997. While in law school, he was involved with the Mock-Trial Advocacy Team and student government. This academic and advocacy background supports his litigation practice, giving him a foundation in legal analysis, courtroom preparation, and practical problem solving for clients facing disputes, claims, or criminal charges.

Paul has represented clients in many areas of law for more than 25 years. His experience includes settling and litigating hundreds of cases involving defendants such as BP, State Farm, Allstate, and Walgreens. He also previously served as acting Public Defender for Lowell Town Court for 22 years and has acted as Judge Pro Tempore in Lowell Town Court and Lake County Superior Court.

Paul Rossi is a member in good standing of the Indiana bar and belongs to the Indiana State Bar Association and the Lake County Bar Association. His background combines private practice, public defense, and judicial service, giving him insight into negotiation, litigation strategy, and courtroom procedure.
