David E. Swihart

David E. Swihart is a partner at Yoder Ainlay Ulmer & Buckingham LLP in Goshen, Indiana. He is the firm’s financial partner and is a member of the corporate, real estate, and employment law practice groups. Mr. Swihart assists clients with acquisitions and dispositions of businesses, strategic planning, commercial contracts, general corporate matters, leases, real estate agreements, and real estate transactions.

Mr. Swihart earned his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and received a B.A. in Government from the University of Notre Dame. His education provided a strong foundation in legal analysis, business judgment, negotiation, and problem solving. This background supports his ability to advise clients on real estate agreements, corporate transactions, employment-related issues, and commercial matters that require careful planning and practical guidance.
