Eric N. Allen is a partner at Allen Wellman Harvey Keyes Cooley, LLP in Greenfield, Indiana. Mr. Allen earned his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis in 1978. He also received a B.A. from Purdue University in West Lafayette in 1974. This background supports his ability to guide clients through bankruptcy matters, business issues, real estate concerns, litigation, and estate-related legal questions.

Mr. Allen was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1978 and immediately joined the Greenfield firm, where he has practiced from the same location since then. He later became a named partner and helped expand the firm’s services beyond its original litigation focus into real estate, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and other areas. His bankruptcy practice includes Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 12, and Chapter 13 matters.

Eric N. Allen is admitted to practice in Indiana and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, and Hancock County Bar Association, where he served as vice president and president. He holds an AV Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Through his long Greenfield practice, Mr. Allen provides experienced guidance for clients facing bankruptcy, business, litigation, real estate, and planning matters.
