Paul R. Rosen

Paul R. Rosen is a highly accomplished trial lawyer with more than four decades of legal experience. He gained national recognition for groundbreaking work in lender liability, starting with a $5 million precedent-setting verdict for a borrower in a foreclosure counterclaim. His practice spans lender liability, civil rights, antitrust, defamation, and complex commercial disputes.

Mr. Rosen earned a J.D., summa cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and a B.S. in economics from Villanova University. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia, as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court and multiple U.S. Courts of Appeals, including the Third, Fifth, Ninth, D.C., and Federal Circuits.

Stinson voting fraud case, and the Commissioners of Lower Merion Township in the Barnes Foundation civil rights matter.
