Paul F. Novak

Paul F. Novak is a managing attorney known for taking on powerful corporations in environmental, consumer protection, and antitrust cases. Novak holds a B.A. and an M.A. in Economics from Michigan State University, earned in 1982 and 1983. He received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 1986. Early in his career, Novak served as an Assistant Attorney General in Michigan, where he stopped a $1.5 billion illegal utility transaction, saving ratepayers millions. He also led Michigan’s Special Litigation Division and served as City Attorney for Lansing, giving him deep insight into regulatory enforcement.
