Harold R. Bruno III

Harold R. Bruno III is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in franchise and intellectual property law. His practice includes handling complex litigation, arbitration, and trademark disputes. Known for his precision and advocacy, Harold has consistently represented clients in both federal and appellate courts across multiple jurisdictions.

Harold began his academic journey with a B.A. in Finance from the University of Illinois, where he graduated with honors. He went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Colorado. He is admitted to practice in Colorado, Wyoming, and the District of Columbia, as well as several U.S. Courts of Appeals.

Throughout his career, Harold has successfully represented franchisors and other clients in a wide range of legal matters. His courtroom experience includes obtaining injunctions, defending against contract claims, and winning significant judgments in trademark and copyright cases. He is also recognized for enforcing franchise agreements and protecting intellectual property rights.

Harold is a member of several legal organizations, including the ABA’s Intellectual Property Law Section and the Forum on Franchising. He also holds memberships with the International Trademark Association and the South Asian Bar Association. He is an approved arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association.
