Paul B. Wokwicz

Paul B. Wokwicz is the Lead Attorney and Owner of Wokwicz Law Offices, LLC, serving clients throughout Kenosha and Southeast Wisconsin. He focuses his practice on estate planning law, probate, trusts, asset protection planning, elder law, real estate, and personal injury. With decades of experience, he has created and administered well over a thousand estate plans. He helps individuals and families protect their assets, reduce taxes, and avoid unnecessary court proceedings through proper planning.

Paul graduated from Marquette University in 1991. He earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin School of Law, Madison. He later completed his LL.M. in Taxation with honors from John Marshall Law School, where he focused on estate taxation, trusts, wills, and probate estates. In addition, he holds a certificate in Estate and Financial Planning from John Marshall Law School. He was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin in 1994. His advanced legal education and tax training allow him to design strong, effective estate plans tailored to each client’s goals.

Paul works extensively in legal services and drafts complex wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and prenuptial agreements. He also guides families through probate and trust administration with care and clarity.
