Paige focuses her legal practice on employment law and has built a long record of representing workers in workplace disputes. Since beginning her legal career in 1994, she has handled employment-related matters across Iowa and beyond. Her work centers on helping individuals protect their rights, address unfair treatment, and pursue meaningful legal remedies when workplace issues arise.
Paige earned a B.A. in Management from Simpson College in Indianola, IA, in 1987. She later received a J.D. with honors from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa, in 1994. During law school, she was a member of the Drake Law Review and received recognition for her legal writing accomplishments.
Paige has concentrated her practice on employment law, representing clients in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leave issues, and other workplace concerns. Her experience includes appearances before state and federal courts, and she has participated in significant employment-related cases that have helped shape legal discussions affecting employees and workplace rights.
Paige is also active in the legal community through professional organizations and committee service. Her involvement includes the National Employment Lawyers Association, Iowa Association for Justice, Iowa State Bar Association, Polk County Women Attorneys, and Polk County Bar Association. These roles reflect her continuing commitment to the development of employment law and civil justice.
Paige has shared her knowledge through numerous seminars, conferences, and educational programs. She has spoken on topics such as employment discrimination, trial advocacy, jury selection, emotional distress damages, workplace harassment, and litigation strategy. Her presentations have supported lawyers and legal professionals seeking practical guidance in employment-related matters.
Paige has received several honors throughout her career. These include selection to Super Lawyers from 2007, 2009–2025, membership in the Inner Circle of Advocates in 2024, the Iowa Association for Justice Verne Lawyer Outstanding Member Award in 2019, and the Iowa Organization of Women Attorneys Arabella Mansfield Award in 2014.
