David earned a B.A. from Harvard College in 1987 with honors. He later earned a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1992 with honors. While attending law school, he served as an Editor of the University of Michigan Law Review. His academic background provided a strong foundation for a legal career that combines litigation, negotiation, and strategic problem-solving across a wide range of practice areas.
David has represented clients in employment disputes, discrimination claims, severance negotiations, noncompete matters, business conflicts, licensing proceedings, and university investigations. He has also worked extensively with professors, students, physicians, nurses, and executives facing allegations that could affect their careers.
