P. Randolph Finch Jr. is a managing partner and California construction lawyer with more than 30 years of experience. He represents general engineering and building contractors, specialty trade contractors, project owners, suppliers, and sureties. His work spans project procurement through closeout, including licensing, bidding, contracts, performance disputes, regulatory compliance, claims resolution, and business planning. He also handles commercial litigation, transactions, real estate matters, and liability defense for businesses in regulated industries.
Mr. Finch earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and a B.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. His legal and business education supports a practical understanding of company operations, contractual risk, and strategic planning. He is admitted in California, Colorado, Texas, and Washington, as well as the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

P. Randolph Finch Jr. has been ranked in the California construction category of Chambers USA from 2020 through 2026 and was elected a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers in 2024. He has held leadership roles with Associated General Contractors organizations and served on the board of Voices for Children from 2013 through 2025.
