Owen Blank

Owen Blank is a partner at Tonkon Torp LLP, with extensive experience in business law, commercial, real estate, and corporate matters. He represents family-owned businesses, national and international corporations, nonprofit organizations, and charitable foundations. His work spans manufacturing, retail, sports, media, entertainment, technology, and professional services. He also advises foundations and governmental entities on alternative investments while handling transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, financing, contracts, governance, and other significant business concerns across diverse industries and markets.

Owen earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School. He earned his B.A., with great distinction, in Political Science and Economics from Stanford University and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He is admitted to the Oregon State Bar, US Supreme Court, US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and US District Court for the District of Oregon. His education and admissions support a broad transactional practice in complex matters.

Owen regularly handles real estate sales, acquisitions, financing, investments, mergers, acquisitions, business dispositions, professional sports matters, media matters, and commercial contracts. He also advises nonprofit organizations on formation, mergers, dissolutions, governance, operations, and investment issues.
