Olsi Vrapi, Esq. is the Managing Partner of the firm and leads its Albuquerque office, where he provides comprehensive immigration representation for individuals, families, and businesses. He focuses on green cards, naturalization, waivers, business visas, and federal litigation, advocating for clients in both administrative and judicial settings.
Mr. Vrapi earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from the University of New Mexico in 2003, graduating magna cum laude. He then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2006, graduating cum laude. Since becoming a licensed attorney in 2007, he has practiced exclusively in the field of immigration law.
With 20+ years of experience, Mr. Vrapi handles a broad spectrum of U.S. immigration cases, including H‑1B visas, PERM labor certifications, I‑140 immigrant petitions, J‑1 Conrad 30 waivers for physicians, and family‑based green cards. He also brings federal lawsuits to challenge immigration delays and denials, holding the government accountable and fighting for fair, timely outcomes for his clients.
Mr. Vrapi is a former chair of the AILA TX/NM/OK Chapter and frequently presents at national immigration law conferences. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of New Mexico School of Law, where he mentors future immigration attorneys and shares his practical insights from years of legal advocacy.
As an immigrant from Albania who came to the U.S. in 1999, Olsi Vrapi understands firsthand the struggles many immigrants face. Fluent in Spanish and Albanian, and proficient in Italian and French, he brings a multilingual, empathetic, and results-oriented approach to every case he handles.
