Alison Cimino

Alison Cimino is a dedicated immigration attorney with over two decades of exclusive experience in the field. She provides legal representation in family-based immigration, naturalization, consular processing, and humanitarian cases involving victims of crime and domestic violence. Her work ensures clients gain lawful status and achieve long-term stability in the U.S.

Alison graduated with clinical honors from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2003. Since then, she has remained committed to immigration law, using her education and experience to serve individuals and families facing complex legal challenges. Her fluency in Spanish allows her to communicate effectively with a broad range of clients.

In 2009, Alison launched her own immigration law firm, focused on compassionate, client-first representation. She handles a wide range of U.S. immigration matters, including fiancé visas, religious worker visas, performance visas, and cultural exchange visas. Alison also prepares hardship and inadmissibility waivers for individuals who must leave the United States before they can legally return—cases she considers some of the most meaningful work in her practice.
