Mr. Sud earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2005, where he contributed as the Notes and Comments Editor for the Law Review. Before that, he completed his B.A. at Duke University in 2000, with a focus on Public Policy and a minor in Sociology/Criminology.
