Nishan C. Mahendran is a highly skilled immigration attorney licensed by The Florida Bar with authorization to practice before multiple U.S. federal courts. Nishan completed his B.A. in Biology from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, in 1991 and later earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude in 1997. His academic achievements provided a strong foundation for his professional success and a deep understanding of complex immigration statutes and procedures. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 1999, the Middle District of Florida in 2000, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit the same year.
