Nicole R. Brown

Nicole R. Brown is a commercial real estate attorney at Marshall Brown LLP with a practice spanning acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing, and property management. She advises national and regional developers, financial institutions, and institutional investors on projects involving retail, office, mixed-use, and industrial properties across the nation.

Nicole earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University College of Law and her Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University. She is licensed to practice in Illinois and is a member of CREW Chicago, the Chicago Bar Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Nicole’s deep real estate experience spans logistics centers, medical office buildings, and the acquisition and management of Section 8 housing. She also guides clients through complex tax and insurance issues, as well as the purchase of foreclosure and short-sale properties. In addition, she offers strategic insight into planning, financing, and developing mixed-use and income-restricted housing projects.
