Nicole Provax is an immigration attorney with Kriezelman Burton & Associates, LLC, where she has been practicing since January 2021. Her practice includes family-based immigration, removal defense, humanitarian relief, and federal court litigation. She advocates for clients across the country before USCIS, immigration courts, and federal courts of appeals.

Provax earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2020, where she also received a Certificate in Advocacy and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Spanish from the University of South Carolina Honors College, graduating magna cum laude in 2017 with Leadership Distinction in Global Learning and Civic Engagement.

Provax represents immigrants facing complex legal challenges with a commitment to fairness and justice. Her work has included litigation in federal district and appellate courts and representation before the Board of Immigration Appeals. Fluent in Spanish, she also provides pro bono legal support, including citizenship and TPS workshops.
