Mana Yegani is a passionate and experienced immigration attorney committed to protecting the liberty and rights of immigrants, foreign nationals, and their families. She provides skilled representation in a range of immigration matters, including criminal-immigration cases, family-based immigration, visas, naturalization, and deportation defense. Her strategic and detail-oriented approach allows her to be an assertive advocate both in and out of the courtroom.
Mana earned her J.D. from Louisiana State University, Paul Hebert Law Center in 2010 and also received a Bachelor of Civil Law degree that same year. Mana Yegani holds a Bachelor of Biological Sciences from North Carolina State University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a University Honors Degree in 2006. Her academic foundation reflects a balance of legal training and scientific discipline, both of which inform her analytical and meticulous legal practice.
Mana is licensed to practice in Texas and admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas, as well as the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR). Her experience includes judicial clerkships with both federal and appellate courts, and legal work with the U.S. Department of Justice and Chevron Corporation.
Throughout Mana’s career, she has earned numerous recognitions, including multiple listings among The National Advocates Top 100 Lawyers and the Sharon Levine Unsung Heroes Award. She has achieved successful outcomes in complex cases, such as waivers, cancellation of removal, and naturalization litigation. Mana also actively engages in pro bono efforts, representing asylum seekers and reuniting separated families.
