Nicole M. Bolan

Nicole M. Bolan is the managing partner of Bolan Law Group, P.S., located in Tacoma, Washington. She focuses on helping clients resolve legal disputes quickly, efficiently, and effectively. Nicole believes in keeping clients informed about the process, options, risks, and benefits to make the best decisions. She values resolving matters through agreement whenever possible to save costs and preserve relationships, but is fully prepared to represent clients in court when needed. Nicole has handled many cases in family law, real estate law, contracts, business law, employment law, and more since 2004. She also works as a mediator to help parties reach agreements outside of court.

Nicole earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Seattle University, School of Law in 2004. Before that, she completed her B.A. in Political Science from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington, in 2001. Her strong educational background supports her ability to provide clear and effective legal guidance.

Nicole is admitted to practice law in Washington State and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. She is an active member of several professional associations, including the Washington State Bar Association, Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association, and multiple collaborative law organizations. Since 2008, she has focused on collaborative law, helping clients resolve conflicts creatively and amicably.
