Nicole J.E. Brennig is a partner and US Co-Chair of the Investment Funds Practice, advising global financial institutions on sophisticated investment matters. With nearly two decades of experience, she counsels pension plans, endowments, insurers, family offices, and fund investors on strategic, regulatory, and operational issues across the investment lifecycle.

Nicole’s educational background supports her highly specialized practice in investment management. She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University, graduating with distinction. This academic foundation underpins her technical approach to complex fund structures and investor representation.

Nicole’s practice focuses on domestic and international alternative investments, including private equity, real assets, and other private investment funds.
