Nicole E. Jackson is a highly experienced trial attorney with nearly two decades of practice in civil and commercial litigation. She has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts as well as administrative proceedings. Nicole handles cases involving contract disputes, deceptive trade practices, employment law, construction defects, and professional liability matters.

Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Troy University in 1998. She later completed a Post-Baccalaureate in Secondary Education from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2000. She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2005, laying the groundwork for her accomplished legal career.

With a strategic approach to resolving complex disputes, Nicole has defended clients in high-exposure fatality and catastrophic injury cases. She is known for negotiating substantial settlements that minimize liability while protecting her clients’ interests. Her practice also includes family law, particularly collaborative divorce, where she works to find practical solutions without unnecessary conflict.

Admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2005, Nicole is also licensed in multiple federal jurisdictions, including the Fifth Circuit and several U.S. District Courts. She holds memberships with the State Bar of Texas, San Antonio Bar Association, and is a Fellow of both the Texas and San Antonio Bar Foundations.

Nicole has been recognized multiple times in “Scene in SA” as one of San Antonio’s Outstanding Women in Law and was selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star by Texas Monthly. Her leadership includes serving as President of the Bexar County Women’s Bar Association and as a member of Leadership San Antonio – Class 47.

Nicole E. Jackson is also a frequent speaker at legal education events, covering topics such as the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct and the grievance process. Nicole’s depth of knowledge and courtroom experience make her a trusted advocate for individuals and businesses navigating complex legal issues.
