Nicole A. Forbes

Nicole A. Forbes is a collaboratively trained family law lawyer and Director and Chair of the Family Law Department at Orr & Reno P.A., who helps clients resolve family matters through tailored strategy, empathy, and practical problem-solving. She represents clients in divorce, legal separation, parenting, child support, alimony modification, contempt, and other post-divorce matters. She also handles complex divorces involving high-value marital estates, trusts, business interests, multiple properties, and other significant assets. Her approach emphasizes efficient resolutions that protect family wealth and reduce conflict.

Nicole earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Southern New Hampshire University. She is admitted in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, as well as the US District Courts for both states. She uses that background to guide clients through negotiations, mediation, consultation arrangements, and court proceedings.
