Lindsey N. Smith

Lindsey N. Smith, Esq., is an attorney at Goldman Law, LLC who focuses her practice on family law. She further served as vice president of the Public Interest Law Association and participated in a yearlong Capital Defender’s Clinic involving death penalty cases.

Lindsey gained additional legal experience through an externship with the Southern Center for Human Rights and work as a student attorney with a family law firm and public defender’s office. After completing the bar exam, she moved to Colorado and began her legal career as a public defender in Weld County. That role strengthened her courtroom advocacy and provided extensive experience with criminal proceedings and contested legal matters.

Lindsey N. Smith now concentrates on family law and uses her criminal defense background when cases involve overlapping criminal concerns. She assists clients through difficult family-related disputes while focusing on practical legal strategies and clear communication.
