Nick Thompson

Nick Thompson is a Hattiesburg, Mississippi attorney whose practice covers litigation, appellate matters, transportation, insurance and risk management, business law, and wealth preservation and estates. He represents clients in disputes involving trucking, premises liability, insurance coverage, bad faith, uninsured motorists, fraud, construction, product liability, and claims governed by the Mississippi Tort Claims Act. Nick Thompson is admitted to practice in Mississippi state and federal courts and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He belongs to the American Bar Association, The Mississippi Bar, and the South Central Mississippi Bar Association. He has also participated in local professional and alumni organizations and volunteered with Hattiesburg Area Habitat for Humanity. His published work includes an article on best practices for minors’ settlements.
