Nick Plymale

Nick Plymale is an associate attorney with extensive trial preparation and litigation experience, providing strong representation for personal injury and maritime injury claims. Before transitioning into private practice, he served at the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office, where he built a foundation advocating for individuals facing critical legal challenges.

Nick began his academic journey at the University of Cincinnati, earning a B.A. in History. While completing his undergraduate degree, he was an active member of the Mock Trial Team, competing at a national level against top universities. Following his undergraduate studies, Nick pursued his Juris Doctor at the University of Northern Kentucky Salmon P. Chase College of Law.

Nick continued his passion for trial advocacy while in law school, returning to the University of Cincinnati as part of the coaching staff for its Mock Trial Team. In this role, he helped students gain practical courtroom experience, refine litigation writing skills, and better understand the rules of evidence, laying the groundwork for his own professional advocacy career.
