Nick Carey

Nick Carey is a trusted personal injury and civil rights attorney at SiebenCarey, continuing a proud five-generation family tradition of serving injured people throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. Nick earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Hamline University. He went on to receive his J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. While in law school, he worked as a law clerk at SiebenCarey, supporting lawyers and staff on a wide range of cases. His background gives him valuable experience and perspective when helping clients navigate the legal process.

Beyond his legal practice, Nick brings 12 years of service in the Minnesota Army National Guard, where he achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant. He served with the 1-125 Field Artillery units in southern Minnesota and completed an overseas deployment in 2011. Throughout his military career, he earned multiple awards for leadership, performance, and teamwork—skills he now uses to advocate for his clients. Nick credits his time in the National Guard with shaping his discipline, strategic thinking, and unwavering commitment to standing up for others.
