Nick Carey

Nick Carey is a trusted personal injury and civil rights attorney at SiebenCarey, continuing a proud five-generation family tradition of serving injured people throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. Known for his dedication and steady guidance, Nick stands up for people hurt by car accidents, workplace injuries, medical malpractice, product defects, and more. Nick earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Hamline University. He went on to receive his J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. While in law school, he worked as a law clerk at SiebenCarey, supporting lawyers and staff on a wide range of cases. His background gives him valuable experience and perspective when helping clients navigate the legal process.

In addition to his legal work, Nick proudly served in the Minnesota Army National Guard for 12 years, reaching the rank of Staff Sergeant. He served with the 1-125 Field Artillery units in southern Minnesota and completed a deployment overseas in 2011. During his military service, he earned numerous awards for leadership, excellence, and teamwork—qualities he now brings to his clients every day. He credits his time in the National Guard with teaching him discipline, strategy, and the importance of standing up for others.
