Nick Buehner

Nick Buehner is a partner at Vinson & Elkins whose practice centers on complex real estate transactions involving the investment, development, and operation of commercial properties. Nick began his career in real estate development prior to law school, working on a New Urbanist, master-planned community and several urban redevelopment projects. This background gives him a practical understanding of development processes, financing timelines, and the operational challenges developers face.
