Katrina Hallein is a longtime Frederick County resident with deep roots in the local community. She brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to her work and is known for guiding clients through real estate transactions with clarity, efficiency, and careful attention to legal requirements at every stage.

Katrina graduated from Middletown High School, earned her Bachelor of Arts from Hood College, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She began her legal career as a judicial law clerk for the Washington County Circuit Court, where she gained valuable insight into court procedures and legal analysis.

Katrina offers more than ten years of experience in real estate law. As a title attorney in Frederick, Maryland, she is knowledgeable in all aspects of the settlement process, including drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing powers of attorney, examining title, and conducting residential and commercial real estate closings.

Katrina is licensed to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia and is also a licensed settlement agent in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. This multi-state licensing allows her to assist clients across a broad region consistently and efficiently.
