Nick Arnold is a partner in the Rogers office of Kutak Rock LLP. He focuses his practice on banking and commercial lending, real estate acquisition and conveyance, contracts, and commercial transactions. Nick represents financial institutions, lenders, and businesses in complex transactional matters.
Nick earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law, Fayetteville. He received his B.S., summa cum laude, from the University of Central Arkansas. His academic achievements reflect the discipline and precision he brings to every client matter.
He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Arkansas and Missouri, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas and the Northern District of Illinois. Nick assists lenders with loan transactions, security interests, and regulatory compliance matters.
Nick regularly reviews, drafts, and negotiates loan agreements, mortgages, assignments, security agreements, and UCC filing statements. He also provides local counsel opinions for out-of-state lenders involved in Arkansas-based transactions, ensuring compliance with state-specific legal requirements.
In his real estate practice, Nick handles acquisitions, sales, leases, and development projects involving hotels, retail centers, office buildings, mixed-use properties, condominiums, and apartments. He prepares title and survey memoranda, title objection letters, and related curative documents, and manages all due diligence and closing matters.
Nick Arnold has earned an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and recognition in The Best Lawyers in America for Banking and Finance Law, Commercial Transactions / UCC Law, and Real Estate Law.
