Joshua G. Q. Mostyn is an experienced attorney licensed in Arkansas and Texas, with federal admissions in the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. His practice centers on Business Law, Civil Law, and Personal Injury matters. He represents clients in business formation, contract disputes, employment issues, real estate conflicts, landlord and tenant matters, debt collection cases, and injury claims involving car and truck accidents.

Josh earned his BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. He then completed his Juris Doctor, cum laude, at the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas. During law school, he received the W.B. Putman American Inn of Court Pupil Award. He and his law partner, Will Prettyman, were honored with the 2012 TC & Rosemary Carlson Memorial Award for excellence in the study of Constitutional Law.

Josh has held numerous leadership roles within the legal community. He is a past President of the Benton County Bar Association and the Federalist Society for Law & Public Policy Studies (Northwest Arkansas Lawyers Chapter). He also served as Vice Chair of the Arkansas Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights from 2016-2020 and previously acted as Legislative Director for the Arkansas chapter of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB).

Joshua G. Q. Mostyn has been recognized for his professional accomplishments. He was named Legal Elite – Arkansas Money & Politics Magazine – 2024 and selected as a Mid-South Super Lawyers (by Thomson Reuters), Rising Star – 2017-2022. Earlier in his career, he was included in the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s 40 Under Forty Class of 2008. Through his focused advocacy and leadership, Josh continues to serve clients with diligence and sound legal guidance.
