K.C. Dupps Tucker

K.C. Dupps Tucker is a founding partner at the Law Group of Northwest Arkansas PLLC. She represents individuals and corporations in complex civil litigation, with a strong focus on environmental and agricultural issues. Her practice includes business and employment matters, advising entities that range from single-member LLCs to large corporations with thousands of employees. Tucker earned her B.A. in Political Science and Theatre from Colorado College. She received her J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law. She also holds an LL.M. in Agricultural Law from the University of Arkansas School of Law Graduate Program. During her graduate studies, she worked with the National Agricultural Law Center and was selected to serve as a Corporate Extern in the Wal-Mart Legal Department.

Licensed in Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Virginia, Tucker is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Arkansas and Tennessee, as well as before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
