Nichole G. Booker is a personal injury and medical malpractice trial attorney serving clients in Clayton and throughout North Carolina. She represents individuals and families harmed by doctors, hospitals, and other health care providers. Her practice also includes wrongful death claims and general civil litigation. By concentrating on medical malpractice, she brings focused knowledge to cases involving medical records, professional standards, and serious injuries.

Nichole completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She later earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and a Master of Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She received the Bruce M. Eberhart Award for academic excellence and research in biology. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 2004. Nichole began her legal career representing hospitals and physicians in medical malpractice defense matters. She now applies that experience to injured patients and their families. Her work on both sides of medical malpractice claims gives her insight into defense strategies, medical evidence, expert testimony, and legal issues that may shape a case.

Nichole is admitted to practice in North Carolina state courts and the US District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. Her memberships include the North Carolina State Bar, Johnston County Bar Association, and North Carolina Advocates for Justice. During law school, she also lobbied the North Carolina General Assembly on behalf of an environmental organization.
