J.D. Sullivan

J.D. Sullivan is the founding attorney of Sullivan Law in Minden, Nevada. His intellectual property practice includes trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, licensing concerns, and disputes involving brand identity and creative works. Sullivan also advises clients on business transactions, real estate matters, civil litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, and construction defect claims. Sullivan earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and received his law degree from Southwestern Law School. He has also served as a judicial arbitrator in California and Nevada, giving him practical insight into dispute resolution, case evaluation, and efficient settlement strategies.

J.D. Sullivan has served as a Special Master for the State Bar of California and is admitted before numerous federal courts, including the Ninth Circuit, the Federal Circuit, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States Tax Court. His public service includes serving as general counsel to the City of Refuge and providing select legal assistance to individuals in need.
