Nichóle B. Greene

Nichóle B. Greene is an attorney licensed to practice law in North Carolina, providing legal representation in criminal law, domestic and family law, personal injury, and estate planning matters. Nichóle earned her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2006, graduating cum laude. She completed her undergraduate education at Gardner Webb University, where she graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in social science and a minor in criminal justice. She also earned an associate degree in criminal justice from Cleveland Community College, graduating with high honors.

During law school, Nichóle demonstrated strong leadership and advocacy skills. She served in student leadership roles, participated in advanced trial advocacy programs, and was a member of legal and academic honor organizations. She also gained practical experience through externships with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina and the Durham County Public Defender’s Office.

Following licensure, Nichóle practiced with a Shelby-based law firm concentrating on criminal and domestic law before establishing Greene Law Offices, PLLC. Her practice includes representing clients in criminal and traffic matters, family law cases involving custody and support, personal injury and wrongful death claims, and the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and probate estates.

Nichóle has held leadership roles within the Cleveland County Bar Association, including serving as President, Vice President, and Secretary. She is also a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, and national trial advocacy organizations.
