Robert A. Farris Jr. is a seasoned trial attorney at Farris & Thomas Law, representing individuals throughout North Carolina in personal injury, criminal defense, workers’ compensation, unemployment law, and estate planning matters. He is known for his steady courtroom presence, practical legal judgment, and unwavering commitment to protecting his clients’ rights in difficult, high-stakes situations.
Robert earned his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His academic training laid the foundation for a litigation-focused practice built on strong legal analysis, persuasive advocacy, and a disciplined approach to case strategy and trial preparation.
A sustaining member of the American Association for Justice, Robert holds invitation-only membership recognizing superior qualifications in trial advocacy, leadership, and professional reputation.
