William K. Goldfarb is a North Carolina personal injury attorney with more than three decades of experience representing individuals seriously injured by the negligence of others. Mr. Goldfarb earned a B.A. in Political Science from North Carolina State University, where he attended on a full gymnastics scholarship. He later obtained his J.D. from Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. During law school, he received the American Jurisprudence Book Award in Torts and served on the Honor Court Review Board, including as Chief Justice, reflecting early distinction in legal ethics and advocacy.

Since beginning his legal career in 1991, Mr. Goldfarb has built a reputation for handling complex and high-impact personal injury cases. His appellate advocacy has resulted in significant decisions by the North Carolina Court of Appeals that reshaped aspects of state personal injury law, promoting greater fairness for injured plaintiffs. His cases and results have been featured in North Carolina Lawyers Weekly and other legal publications.

William K. Goldfarb has held leadership roles within the legal community, including serving as a founding member and past president of the Mecklenburg Trial Lawyers Association.
