Nicholas Tootalian

Nicholas Tootalian is the Managing Partner at Modern Family Law’s Denver office, where he focuses on divorce, custody, support, and broader family law matters. With a legal background that began in criminal defense and evolved into family law in 2014, Nicholas offers clients a well-rounded perspective and deep understanding of the complex issues that can arise in family disputes.

Nicholas earned his B.A. in Digital Media Arts & Technology from Michigan State University and his J.D. from the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver.

Nicholas Tootalian builds every legal strategy on integrity, transparency, and client empowerment.
