Joseph Cash

Joseph (“Joe”) Cash is a seasoned divorce and family law attorney at Colorado Legal Group in Denver. With a focus on high-conflict and complex divorce, custody, relocation, and child support cases, he helps clients protect what matters most—their family relationships and financial future. Known for his strategic mindset and calm courtroom presence, Joseph combines legal expertise with compassionate client service.

Joseph earned his B.A. in History, graduating cum laude from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He later earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law, where he completed a certificate in Juvenile and Family Law with honors.

Joseph’s passion for family law took root during law school through a Judicial Internship in Denver District Court, work in Colorado Law’s Family Law Clinic, and later a clerkship with the Honorable Thomas F. Mulvahill in Boulder District Court. These formative experiences shaped his strong foundation in domestic relations law.

Before joining Colorado Legal Group, Joseph Cash worked at a prominent Denver law firm focusing on complex family law matters, and he also led a family law practice group at a Northern Colorado firm. His experience across courtrooms throughout Colorado has made him a trusted advocate in both litigation and negotiation settings.
