Nicholas Costaras

Nicholas Costaras is the founding partner of Costaras Law in Independence, Ohio. His current practice concentrates on estate planning, business transactions, and contract review. He works with families, small-business owners, and real estate investors on legal arrangements intended to protect assets and support long-term plans. His services include wills, trusts, powers of attorney, business formation, contracts, and business succession planning.

Nicholas earned a B.A. from Xavier University in 2007, followed by an M.B.A. from Cleveland State University and a J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2010. His business and legal training informs his transactional work, particularly when documents involve ownership structures, financial decisions, or the transition of an enterprise. He is admitted to practice law in Ohio.

Nicholas advises clients on organizing limited liability companies, preparing and reviewing agreements, structuring estate plans, and managing real estate transactions.
