About

Neama Rahmani is a nationally recognized trial lawyer, legal analyst, and advocate for injured workers and accident victims. He is the President and co-founder of West Coast Employment Lawyers. He has more than two decades of experience in civil and criminal law. His career shows strong courtroom skill, clear judgment, and a steady commitment to justice. He has handled complex disputes, serious personal injury law matters, employment law claims, and high-stakes investigations. As a legal commentator, he also explains difficult legal issues for public audiences with practical and direct insight inside and outside court.

Neama earned his B.A. from UCLA before completing his J.D. at Harvard Law School. He earned that law degree at age 22, making him one of the youngest graduates in the school’s long history. His education built a strong base in legal research, analysis, writing, and advocacy. The combination of undergraduate training and advanced legal study helped prepare him for demanding work in litigation, public service, and leadership across civil and criminal cases under real pressure early.

Neama began his law career at a major Los Angeles law firm, where he represented large organizations in complex matters. He later joined the US Department of Justice and prosecuted drug trafficking, human trafficking, and other serious cases. His work helped remove dangerous offenders from communities and supported victims seeking accountability. He also served as Director of Enforcement for the Los Angeles City Ethics Commission, overseeing investigations involving public officials and promoting fair government conduct. He brought careful case preparation.

Neama Rahmani later co-founded a plaintiff-focused practice to protect people harmed by workplace misconduct, serious accidents, and wrongful acts. He has helped clients pursue recovery in cases involving discrimination, wage violations, car crashes, truck accidents, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death. His work has supported major results for people facing financial stress, medical needs, and legal uncertainty. Neama continues to combine trial experience, public service, and client-centered advocacy to help people seek justice with steady attention to each client’s goals.
