Nathan F. Studeny

Nathan F. Studeny is a seasoned trial lawyer with nearly two decades of experience representing clients in complex litigation. His practice spans product liability, toxic tort, environmental, negligence, and commercial disputes in both state and federal courts. Studeny earned his B.A. in English with a minor in Political Science from Miami University, where he was also a student-athlete in wrestling and an editor and reporter for The High Street Journal. He went on to earn his J.D., summa cum laude, from Cleveland State University College of Law. While in law school, he served as both Associate Editor and Executive Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review, gaining early recognition for his legal analysis and scholarship.

Studeny is an active member of the legal community, holding memberships in the Defense Research Institute, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He has also served his community on the City of Fairview Park Board of Zoning and Building Appeals since 2008, including terms as Chairman and Vice-Chairman. His professional involvement extends to speaking and publishing, including presenting on defending toxic tort claims at national seminars.
