Ann Corso Taylor is a seasoned real estate lawyer with more than three decades of experience advising clients across a wide range of property and financing matters. She represents developers, banks, businesses, and individuals in acquisitions, sales, leasing, and complex financing. Known for her comprehensive approach, she handles transactions involving shopping centers, apartment complexes, renewable energy projects, and gaming facilities across Mississippi.

Taylor earned her B.B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi before obtaining her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law. While in law school, she served as Research Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal and graduated with the highest GPA in her class, earning the Dean Robert J. Farley Graduation Award. She is admitted to practice in Mississippi.

Taylor’s experience includes negotiating and documenting complex transactions secured by various types of collateral, from real estate to receivables. She has played a key role in structuring major developments, including leases with national and local tenants, renewable energy projects, and financial transactions for banks establishing new sites. Her clients benefit from her ability to align legal strategy with business goals while navigating regulatory and market challenges.

Beyond her legal practice, Ann Corso Taylor is deeply involved in professional and community organizations. She is a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys and serves on the board of the Mississippi Title Examination Standards. She also co-founded the Bessie Young Council, which provides scholarships and mentorship for non-traditional law students.
