Nancy Adkins

Nancy Adkins is the founder of Adkins Family Law, where she has dedicated her career to guiding families through some of life’s most difficult legal challenges. With decades of experience in family law, Nancy is known for her unwavering commitment to achieving meaningful results through empathy, strategy, and advocacy. Nancy earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. Before founding her firm in 2010, she served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida, where she represented the Department of Revenue in the Child Support Enforcement Division. This experience gave her valuable insight into the complexities of family dynamics, child support, and paternity issues—knowledge that continues to inform her approach to family law today.
