Kim Lora Kaszuba

Kim Lora Kaszuba is a highly accomplished family law attorney with more than 25 years of experience serving individuals and families throughout the Tampa Bay Area. She is Board Certified in Marital & Family Law by The Florida Bar and is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Florida Chapter. Her reputation is built on a commitment to guiding clients through emotionally and financially challenging family law issues with clarity and compassion.

Kim earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida in Tampa in 1992, followed by intensive advanced study abroad of the Russian language at Moscow Linguistics University in 1991. She later obtained her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport/St. Petersburg, Florida, in 1996. Her strong academic foundation and early dedication to language and communication have shaped her approach to client advocacy and negotiation.

Kim began her career with respected firms such as St. Arnold & Stearns, Chartered; Buddy D. Ford, PA; and The Solomon Law Group before becoming a partner at Koch, Hoffman & Kaszuba, P.A. Over the years, she has developed a reputation for handling complex divorce and family law cases involving equitable distribution, custody, and support issues. She is known for listening attentively to her clients and crafting tailored strategies that balance legal precision with empathy.

Kim is also a Certified Family Mediator by the Supreme Court of Florida and holds a 5.0 AV Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell®, recognizing her for professional excellence. Her leadership roles include serving as President of the Clearwater Bar Association, Chair of its Collaborative Law Section, and Executive Director of the Canakaris Inn of Court. She has also contributed to the Florida Judicial Nominating Commission and several Bar committees, demonstrating her ongoing dedication to the advancement of family law.
