Moseley Collins is a Sacramento personal injury attorney with more than 40 years of experience representing people with catastrophic injuries. His practice focuses on auto accident and medical malpractice claims, where he helps injured clients and their families pursue compensation and accountability. Moseley earned a B.A. degree in History and a post-B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of Florida. He also graduated from a four-year Bible college before earning his Juris Doctor in 1979. After passing the California bar examination on his first attempt, he was sworn in as a lawyer in 1980. His continued study of changing laws and legal tools supports his work in complex personal injury matters.
Moseley has gained experience both in private practice and through volunteer service with a District Attorney’s Office and a Public Defender’s Office. He was also the founding president of Mothers Against Drunk Driving in Santa Clara County and continues to support the organization. In addition, he serves as a settlement judge pro tem in El Dorado County, helping parties work toward the resolution of legal disputes.
Moseley Collins combines extensive personal injury experience with a strong commitment to service. He founded Christian Attorneys of America to encourage Christian lawyers to serve their clients and communities with purpose. He also teaches the Bible, supports local churches and charitable organizations, and participates in community service projects. His legal work remains centered on helping seriously injured people find practical support, hope, and a path forward after difficult events.
