Winston W. Moody

Winston W. Moody​ is a Partner at Gwilliam Ivary Chiosso Cavalli & Brewer, whose practice focuses on employment law and personal injury litigation. During law school, he worked as a law clerk with Gwilliam Ivary Chiosso Cavalli & Brewer, assisting plaintiffs in employment law matters and gaining early experience with the types of cases that later became central to his practice.

Winston began his legal career representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases in the Sacramento area. He later returned to Gwilliam Ivary Chiosso Cavalli & Brewer in 2016 and continued developing a practice centered on employment disputes and personal injury claims. His litigation background includes representing clients before administrative bodies, trial courts, and appellate courts, giving him experience across multiple stages of contested legal proceedings.
