Morris H. Fine

Morris H. Fine is a Virginia attorney and member of Fine, Fine, Legum & McCracken, L.L.P. He has practiced law in Virginia since 1955 and maintains a broad civil practice involving estate planning law, land use and development, business matters, personal injury, and civil litigation. His experience includes representing individuals and businesses in a wide range of legal disputes and planning matters throughout South Hampton Roads.

Mr. Fine earned a B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1953 and an LL.B. from the University of Virginia in 1954. His legal education provided the foundation for a long legal career involving estate matters, real estate development, business planning, and litigation.

Mr. Fine has developed extensive experience in estate planning, trusts and estates, real estate development, commercial real estate, condemnation matters, and civil litigation. He has represented clients in matters involving business development, property issues, estate administration, and personal injury claims. His professional work includes appearances in courts throughout South Hampton Roads.

Morris H. Fine is admitted to practice in Virginia, the US District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, and the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is a member of the Virginia Beach Bar Association, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
